Satin finish lightning bolt brooch from Givenchy.
3.5" long and .75" at widest point Gold tone Safety clasp in good working order.
There is a bit of texture right under the fold, I don't know if it is intentional, as this would be an odd spot for it to have been scratched. On close inspection the surface shows shallow scrapes and dings, some spots where the plating is showing the slightest hint of the base metal. From half an arm's length it looks fine.
