This knife is built from a quality stainless steel blank, hand sanded for a brushed stainless finish. Bolsters are also brushed stainless steel. The handle scales are made from caramel colored synthetic resin and pinned with 2 brass pins.
This handle material will give a firm grip, even when wet! Do Not put knife in a dishwasher.
