Thank you for shopping with us. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. If you have any questions not answered in our listings, please feel free to send us a message, we will usually get back to you within 24 hours. Please scroll down for our FAQ.

SHIPPING:

We ship through the USPS, with tracking information provided at time of shipment.

We automatically insure items valued at over $100.

We combine shipping when you buy multiple items. Any shipping overcharge exceeding $1 will be refunded at the time your shipping label is created. If you have any special requests regarding shipping upgrades please contact us BEFORE you purchase.

A NOTE ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We stand by our fast shipping, often your item will ship same day. We provide tracking information through USPS. 
It may take up to 6 WEEKS to receive your item. Please be patient. There is nothing we can do about this. We understand and share your frustration.
Please be aware of the taxes and fees which your country may levy on any item entering from out of country. We cannot pay these fees for you.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Returns: Contact us for return info before sending any item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping, refunds are for purchase price only. 
We will refund you within 7 days of the return of items in original, unused condition.
We are also happy to do exchanges, just send us a message!

Cancellations: Please notify us if you wish to cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, or before 11am MST the next business day as we ship promptly.

POLICY ON CUSTOM WORK:
We do not accept returns on custom items, other than color substitutions. Please make sure that you approve the pattern before purchasing.
If a custom color is being returned, we will retain 10% as a restocking fee. 

ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT: Please let us know! 
We will start an investigation, often packages are simply misdirected and some inquiries will get them moving again. 
The Post Office does not consider items "lost" until they have been missing for at least 30 days. At which time we are happy to replace your items or refund the purchase price.
We will process your refund, and appropriate steps will be taken via USPS insurance claims on our end.

CUSTOM WORK:

Custom work starts at $25, once the design and price are settled we will create a private listing for you for payment. Please understand that we will not begin work until you have paid for your item.
Wholesale discounts apply on custom orders of 10 or more items.

FAQ

Do you offer monogramming?

Unfortunately no, we are not set up for any kind of monogramming.

How do I order a custom piece and what is the turnaround time?

Custom orders are on a first come, first serve basis. 
Once we have ironed out the details of your custom item, a private listing will be set up for you in our shop, a link will be sent to you, automatically.
I cut 5 days a week. Depending on the time your order is placed, your item will ship same or next business day.

Care instructions

Our canvas products may be machine washed in COLD and hung or laid flat to dry. Putting these items in a dryer may cause warping and shrinking and is not recommended.
Leather items may be spot cleaned and conditioned with water-based leather care products. Do not use products made for shoes, which contain silicone, or any oil based products on your leather.
If your item has any special needs, there will be a care card included with your order.

Can I get a different sheath for a particular knife?

Yes. However there will be an additional $25.00 charge for this service. No additional charge for lefties.

Can I get something made in a color you don't carry?

In leather, no. Our leather comes in full hides, so it is cost prohibitive to order custom colors.
In canvas, yes. Custom colors have to be ordered, and so require an extra week for delivery to us, then standard custom manufacturing time applies after that. 
There is two yard minimum order on all of our canvas, so there will a $25 up front charge before your color can be ordered. 
We are always happy to list what we have in stock at the time of your request, these guidelines are for non-stock colors.
